Hi, I'm Moira. I'm one of the owners of Wembley Autocare and I'd like to explain how we're different and how we'll look after you.
We will take as much time as you need to explain everything about your car to you. For some people it's a quick 2 minute conversation and they understand why we need to do some work. For others, it can be a 15 minute conversation. Either way, we are more than happy to take the time. After all, the more you know about your car the better you'll be at keeping it running and saving money.
And we'll do our best to explain it in plain English without all of the technical jargon.
And if you don't want to understand how they work and why we need to do some work - that's OK too! We understand not everyone wants to know how their car works. If that's you, rest assured we're not going to bore you senseless.
Unlike others, we don't have daily or monthly sales targets to meet. We're not going to 'invent' work to do on your car. We'll give you plain honest advice and we only recommend work on your car where it is needed and warranted.
We've given people plenty of second opinions on their cars. They come in with list of work that has been deemed urgent or necessary from their mechanic. And we inspect their car - for FREE - and give them an honest assessment. We've saved customers thousands of dollars.
Why do we do this? Because we know what its like to be in your shoes. We've been there and we haven't enjoyed the experience. We're a different type of workshop. We'll look after you and we'll give you honest advice.
We want you to be totally happy with the work we do on your car. We love looking after cars and people. That's why we'll take good car of you and your car.
